ምንም እንኳን ሰዎች የጡት ማጥባት ጥቅሞችን ሙሉ በሙሉ ባይክዱም ፤ ጡት ማጥባት ለህፃኑ እድገት አይበቃም ብለው ስለሚያስቡ ልጄን የዱቄት ወተት (ፎርሙላ) በተጨማሪ እንድሰጠው በብዙ አጋጣሚዎች አስተያየት ተሰንዝሮብኛል፡፡ ስለ የእናት ጡት ወተት አስደናቂ ጥቅሞች ሳይንስ ምን እንደሚል በታትን እንመልከት፡፡ እኔም እስካሁን ድረስ በልጄ ላይ ያየሁትን ጥቅሞች እነግራችሁአለሁ፡፡ ሁሉም ሰው ጥሩ ምግብ እንደሚያስፈልገው የታወቀ ነው፡፡ በተለይ ለህፃናት እና ለልጆች የበለጠ አስፈላጊ ነው። ምክንያቱም በትክክል ለማደግ ጥሩ ምግብ ያስፈልጋቸዋል፡፡
“የእናቶች ቀን” አጋጣሚን በመጠቀም ለሁሉም እናቶች ደብዳቤ ለመፃፍ ፈለኩኝ፡፡ በአጠቃላይ እናቶችን ለማክበር የእናቶች ቀን ሀሳብን አልቃወምም። ነገር ግን ዛሬ የደረስንበት የአንድ ቀን ብቻ ፣ ከመጠን በላይ በንግድ የታጀበ የእናቶች ቀን አካል የመሆን ፍላጎት የለኝም ፣ አድናቂም አይደለሁም፡፡
ድህረ-ወሊድ በእናትነት ጉዞ ውስጥ መነጋገር ከምፈልጋቸው አስፈላጊ ርዕሰ ጉዳዮች ውስጥ አንዱ ነው፡፡ ምንም እንኳን እየተሻሻለ እና ሰዎች ድህረ-ወሊድን እየተገነዘቡ ቢሆንም ፣ በበቂ ሁኔታ የተነጋገርንበት እና በደንብ የተረዳንው አይመስለኝም፡፡ እውነቱን ለመናገር እኔም በደንብ የተረዳሁት አይመስለኝም። ወይም ከወሊድ በኋላ ሊኖሩ ስለሚችሉ ጥያቄዎች እና ነገሮች ሁሉ መልስ አለኝ ብዬ አላስብም፡፡

አንድ ነገር ልንገራችሁ በቤት ውስጥ የሚሰራ የአልመንድ ወተት ከገበያ ከሚገዛው የበለጠ ጣፋጭ ፣ ጤናማ ፣ እና ርካሽ ሊሆን ይችላል፡፡ በዚህ ፅሁፍ ላይ በቤት ውስጥ እንዴት እንደሚዘጋጅ አሳያለሁ፡፡ ከገበያ ከማልገዛቸው ነገሮች አንዱ የለውዝ ወተት ነው!! ለምን? በቤት ውስጥ የሚሰራ የለውዝ ወተት ከገበያ ከሚገዛው የበለጠ ጤናማ ሊሆን ስለሚችል ነው፡፡
